In my house I am surrounded by boys. The only girl companion I have is our Cocker Spaniel, Lacey. Well, I suppose one of the two fish we own could be a girl...I never checked. The list of players is such:
Josh - Husband
C - the 5 year old son
S - the 4 year old son
L - the 2 year old son
Lacey - girl dog who likes to get into trash
Claude - cat (also a boy) who likes to be pet, but only in certain spots without biting.
I have discovered something about being a BOM (Boys only mom). Life is full of farts, poop, "death" matches, and general chaos. And that's usually before I even roll out of bed. There are many of us out there; women who only have male children. Only one of us can truly understand what it's like.
I've decided to share my journey. To share, commiserate, and save my sanity.
